Before going into private practice, Mr. Hogan served for five years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau District Attorneys’ Office. During his tenure in the District Attorneys’ Office, he served in the County Court Trial Bureau and the Organized Crime Division. Since entering private practice, Mr. Hogan has tried numerous cases in the Federal and State Courts and he has an unblemished trial record. In addition to his extraordinary trial skills, he has successfully argued numerous cases in the New York State Appellate Division for the First and Second Departments, as well as the First and Second Circuits of the United States Courts of Appeal.
